Some astrologers suggest that Rohini, Mrigashira, Uttara Phalguni, Anuradha, Revati, and Hasta are among the most favorable nakshatras for property-related activities. These are believed to bring prosperity, stability, and long-term happiness in the home. Rohini, for example, is often associated with growth and comfort, while Uttara Phalguni is linked to stability and success.

At the same time, I’ve seen many people focus more on practical readiness — loan approval, legal verification, and documentation — and treat nakshatra selection as a personal belief rather than a strict rule.
