I’m currently comparing a few land options and noticed that some listings mention area in Marla, while others use Gaj (square yards). This has made price comparison a bit confusing.

Can someone explain the correct marla to gaj conversion used in different regions? Also, are online calculators reliable, or should we always confirm with local standards?

Would appreciate guidance or practical experiences from anyone who has dealt with this during a property purchase.
