Struggling to find the right IRS form list? What’s the easiest way to know which forms you actually need?

Tax season has me totally overwhelmed with all the different IRS forms out there. Every time I think I have the right IRS form list, I find another one I might need! Does anyone have a clear, reliable list of IRS forms sorted by purpose—like self-employment, deductions, or small business? A simple guide or checklist would be a lifesaver right now. How do you keep track?
