Anyone here tried buying a personalized leather purse online? Need some opinions

Hey guys, I’m kinda confused about something and hoping someone here has some experience.
So I’ve been thinking about getting a personalized leather purse for my sister, but idk which manufacturers or brands are actually worth it. I’ve seen a bunch of options online, but some look kinda cheap and I don’t wanna waste money on something that won’t last.

Has anyone here ordered a custom or personalized leather purse before?
Like… how was the quality? Did the engraving/initials come out nice? And is there anything I should watch out for before buying?
