I’m exploring the best Property to Invest in Delhi and would love some insights from the community. With so many options in South Delhi, Dwarka, and upcoming areas around Delhi NCR, it’s hard to decide what offers the best returns.

Has anyone recently invested in residential or commercial spaces here? What locations or projects do you recommend for long-term growth and rental yields?

I came across The SmartKey Realty, which provides advisory on verified projects, but I’d like to hear real experiences from fellow investors before finalizing.
